Privacy Policy

Effective Date: 28th July, 2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mirako.ai! This Privacy Policy explains how Mirako ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in relation to our platform, including the Mirako web interface (the "Console"), Metis chat feature, developer APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect various types of information in connection with the Service, including:

2.1 Information You Provide Directly:

  • Account Information: When you create an Account, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name (if applicable), password, and any other information you choose to provide.
  • Input Data: As defined in our Terms of Service, this includes any text, images, audio, video, or other content you submit to the Service to generate Outputs. This may include personal information if you choose to upload content containing such information (e.g., images or voice recordings of individuals).
  • Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., for support, feedback), we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to paid services, we (or our third-party payment processors) will collect payment and billing information necessary to process your transactions. This may include your credit card number, billing address, and other payment-related details. Mirako does not store full credit card numbers itself.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically When You Use the Service:

  • Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, such as the features you use, the actions you take (e.g., generating Outputs, interacting with the Console or API), the time, frequency, and duration of your activities, and other usage statistics.
  • Log Data: When you use our Service, our servers automatically record information ("Log Data"), including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or your mobile app sends when you use it. This Log Data may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used the Service, and cookie data.
  • Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • We may also use tracking technologies, such as pixel tags (also known as web beacons or clear GIFs) and local storage (like HTML5). Pixel tags may be embedded in our web pages or emails and allow us to track your engagement with our Service or emails (e.g., to see if an email was opened). Local storage allows us to store data locally on your browser or device to improve your experience, such as by enabling faster load times.
